2 cups bite-size cheese crackers

3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1 package (1 oz.) ranch dressing and seasoning mix

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.

2. Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring each minute.*** Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

makes 26 servings (1/2 cup each)

***Note: I do not do mine in the microwave because my microwave is not big enough for the size of bowl needed for this recipe. I preheat my oven to 350 and put the Chex mix on a cookie sheet in the oven to crisp up. The oven time varies. I check it every 5 minutes and stir occasionally until all pieces are crisped back up.
Enjoy!!!!!
